Production
The special style of STONE.De is apparent as the materials receive their uniqueness during the time of production through addition of broken polished mirror elements, mother-of-pearl, silica metals and other special effect materials or through the spreading of semi-precious stones such as amethyst, jade, rose quartz etc.
The Production area, which has a surface area of over 6,000 m², naturally has the most modern stone processing machine technology available for the processing of the stone material. With a grinding and splitting capacity of more than 1,000 m² per day the engineered slabs are calibrated, receive the required surface grinding and split into tiles. Waterjet, NC-operated saws and machining centres as well as the high performance sand blasting station facilitate the high-precision manufacturing of standard formats or individual items made to order.
